WORK FROM ANYWHERE
In order to develop the technologies for the games of tomorrow, we have decided to build the studio of tomorrow. In a nutshell, we are equipped and organized to work in a way that is completely flexible.
Our teams work together virtually and have a physical space to meet and accommodate their needs instead of their obligations, in order to preserve their mobility, improve their work – life balance and foster their creativity. Depending on the task, we can work from wherever we want at home, from a coffee shop, at the university…
A STUDIO AS A MEETING PLACE
We want our Eidossians to enjoy at the studio the same flexibility they have at home. We have designed versatile spaces (currently under construction!), suitable for both exchange and tranquility. By freeing ourselves from wires and standard desks, we have imagined our Sherbrooke studio as a voluntary meeting point.
It’s deciding to work from home in the morning, then to go to the office for collaborative exchanges, to work in a meeting room, an isolated space, sit down next to members of your team or from another project. Eidos-Sherbooke is a reflection about mobility that became reality.
